A 22-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the death of an 80-year-old in Fife.
Police were called to a disturbance on Dunecht Court, Glenrothes, at 3.20am on Saturday.
James Suttie was pronounced dead at the scene by emergency services, and his family has since asked for privacy.
The 22-year-old was arrested and charged in connection with the death, and was due to appear at Kirkcaldy Sheriff Court on Monday.
A report will be forwarded to the Procurator Fiscal.
